Shipping times vary depending on your location and our production partner’s schedule. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

All products are custom-made, so we only accept returns or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or are lost in transit. If this happens, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and order details.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. Please consult the Size Guide before placing your order.
